Our venue spans 3,123 square feet and boasts ample natural light, a spacious main lobby area with tables, chairs, desks, and three private rooms for meetings or phone calls. Additionally, we provide a fully equipped kitchenette and two bathrooms for added convenience. - Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

I hosted a board meeting here and it was perfect. The venue owner is very responsive, the space is clean and full of natural light, and the additional meeting rooms allowed people to make phone calls without disturbing the meeting. Walking distance to some lunch spots and coffee. Also a block away from Costco which has a large parking garage.
