Beautiful 4-acre avocado orchard with 2 homes, saltwater pool, and hot tub. Come enjoy the fresh air and reconnect to nature. The property is great for retreats, indoor or outdoor photo shoots, filming, corporate events, and cooking in the professional kitchen. The main house has a professional kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, living room, and outdoor patio. The decor is inspired by the natural elements found on the property. Everything is new from a full renovation os 2022. There is a barn with a 1 bedroom apartment in it. The other half of the barn is not finished and includes a large 2 story room with large rollup garage door. Great for classes like workouts, art, etc. The pool area is surrounded by a jasmine hedge and has a gazebo. The grounds have so much life on it - citrus trees, avocado orchard, pepper trees, cactus, bougainvillea, large rocks and so much more. If you have an idea not listed, run it by me. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
