Adjacent to Fox Hill Park and multiple hotels for overnight stays. Located near the I-90 and I-405 access and is approximately 9 minutes from LAX Airport. Guests will have access to the lobby, conference room, kitchen, outdoor patio, restrooms, and large multi-use space with a flexible layout. Free parking is located directly in front of the building (…parking spaces) and street parking is available as well. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
