There are 2 parking spaces on the property that will accommodate 2 small/midsize vehicles. There is free street parking on side streets. Note that there is no parking on Mayson Turner.

A lot of natural light. Windows have sheer curtains and blinds.

The home is not on a busy street. The noise from outside cars and neighbors is minimal.

Ground Floor, Stairs

There are approx 5 steps leading up to the front porch/front door.

Any of the bedrooms can be utilized.

Unsure of the power rating. There are several outlets in each room. The electrical panel can be accessed from the laundry room/mud room.

House Rules: Some of our rules may sound stern but we just want to make sure we're all on the same page before we get you all checked in. Please note that we send this message to every guest. Thanks in advance for taking a quick second to acknowledge them! o Don’t burn down the house. No candles. None. Instead, we provide flame-less, battery-operated candles for you to use. o NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no "smoking" includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and "use of fire" includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. We have a smart smoke detector inside unit that will alert us. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed. o There are several wastebaskets around the house: the toilet is not one of them. o Parties/events are not allowed. There cannot be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, a violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund. We have cameras outside to ensure that only guests on the reservation enter the property. o Please refrain from making noise past 11PM. We have a noise detector inside unit that alert us. o Neighbors can/will contact us with any issues. o Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We're sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them. o Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos. If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest, you will be liable for the costs. o Guests who make reservations for over 28 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in). o If these policies are violated it will result in your reservation being terminated with no refund and guests asked to leave premises.
