About the Space
The house was built in 1950 and much of the interior is original. The living room is sunken with a usable wood burning fireplace, the kitchen is large and open, and both have large window walls facing the back of the house which is wooded. Lots of original art and furniture can be used in production. The house sits on an acre and has good usable exterior space. It has plenty of interesting quirks, style and personalty. The interior looks great on video and is very well suited for production.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
