SPECIAL OPENING PRICE! Our photo/video studio, located in downtown Los Angeles, features an off-white, industrial-style space with a range of equipment and props available for rent. Whether you're a photographer, filmmaker, or content creator, our studio provides a versatile and creative environment to bring your vision to life. - Open 24/7 - Tons of natural light - Fully equipped - Seamless background - Beautiful Sunset/Sunrise view - Large window - Fast Internet - Free Street parking - Private parking $9h (cash only) - Powerful Speaker - Load/Unload area - Private bathroom Equipment included: x1 V-Flat x1 Boom arm x5 C-Stand x6 Sand Bags Seamless paper background for $20 a pull: black, grey, green, red, beige, deep yellow and purple. We have few seamless paper background: black, grey, green, red, beige, deep yellow and purple. STUDIO RULES: PETS: Pets are allowed in the studio premises. However, a fine of $100 will be charged for any stains caused by them, including pee or poo. CLIENTS/GUESTS: Please ensure that the number of guests attending matches the requested booking. Failure to pay for additional guests will result in a fine. FURNITURE/PROPS: All furniture and props can be moved, but it is mandatory to return everything back to its original position. CLEANLINESS: Eating around or on the furniture is strictly prohibited. Food must be limited to the off-set area. Failure to comply with this rule will result in an extra $200 cleaning fee. DAMAGES: Any damage to the studio equipment or walls will result in a replacement fee plus 50% of the item's value. The cost will be billed to the credit card on file. OVERTIME: Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. Please ensure that the studio premises are vacated, and all items brought into the space are removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Please plan accordingly.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

good space for the price, we needed the windows covered & it was extremely difficult to get the window cover up & the floor is really dirty whereas in the photos it looks much cleaner. for the price its great & would likely rent again, those were my only two things.

The studio was a little tricky to find at first, but the instructions eventually led me to the right place. A couple of things-- the vanity area and light stands, weren’t working, but it wasn’t a big issue. There is some leftover trash from the previous shoot (?) Overall, it’s a solid creative space, and I would rent it again now that I know what to expect. Parking was a little confusing, but I was able to find a spot around the corner—fortunately, it was Sunday. Good space for a shoot.
