One of a kind house curated by general contractor with foundations in salvage & reuse. *****HIGHLIGHTS***** -fir floors throughout main living areas and bedrooms -kitchen and main floor bathroom feature honeycomb hex/subway tile -original stripped and refinished fir stained glass queen anne double hung windows -fully stocked kitchen with vintage inspired GE appliances including gas range, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher -sleek white quartz countertops, large master suite with walk in closet in attic -1918 piano (tuned and sounds great!) -full size washer and dryer -huge basement bathroom with extra long wraparound porcelain cast iron vintage tub and shower -double quartz sink vanity Many parts of this restoration were designed around salvaged building components in an effort to save items from the landfill but also to incorporate original house parts that blend seamlessly with age of home.
