The Second Room (biggest) are nice nonslip DanceFloors. Second Room has been used for yoga, dance, aerial, conferences, music events, movie nights, dinner parties and vendor markets. We have 3 projectors set up to project on entire wall 3 different or same images/videos- easy plug into laptop from control room. There is a lockable SoundBooth Control Room for storage + controlling lights and projections safely. There is an outdoor front seating area and driveway that can be utilized for parking 3 vehicles or vendor market set up. The outdoor back patio firepit seating area can also be utilized for vendor market set up. We have 3 restrooms in total. We have 1 kitchen with 4 burner stove/oven, industrial overhead fans, toaster oven, blender, and sink. Our bar area has a back of house bar closet which contains refridgerator/freezer and storage space. We have many lights (from stage lighting, dancefloor lighting, blacklights, normal lighting, photography lighting, string lights) that you can choose the colors or set to auto which will sync along with music. There are big garage doors in all areas for load in of any large sets. The building has a total of 3,700 square feet. This space is divided into different areas, including an 1,800 square foot open-air hangar, a 400 square foot back patio, and 1,500 square feet of indoor space with AC. At NeXuS Studios, we take pride in maintaining a clean and hygienic environment for all our guests. Between events, we follow a rigorous cleaning protocol to ensure that every corner of our space is spotless and well-stocked. Our cleaning process includes thoroughly cleaning and restocking all the bathrooms, ensuring that they are ready for use at all times. We also vacuum all carpeted areas to remove any dirt or debris that may have accumulated, and mop all the floors to ensure that they are clean and free from any spills or stains. Additionally, we pay special attention to high-traffic areas that are more susceptible to getting dirty, such as the entryways and common areas, which we wipe down with disinfectant to maintain a sanitary environment. All countertops are also thoroughly cleaned to remove any bacteria or germs. We understand the importance of cleanliness, and we are committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for our guests. Our cleaning process is thorough and consistent, so you can be confident that you will always step into a clean and well-maintained space.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
