FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY + SPACE DETAILS: • Guests are allowed to bring their own alcohol • Outside food is allowed • Kitchenette • No cooking is allowed on site • Speakers, Projector, Microphones • Music Rules: DJ and amplified music is allowed • Space Rules: Smoking is not allowed • Ideal space for: Social Parties (Adult Birthdays, Graduations, etc.), Reception Events (Engagement Party, Anniversary, etc.), Baby Showers This space is uniquely designed to host a wide range of functions including events such a bridal showers, birthday parties, baby showers, intimate weddings, corporate meetings and so much more. The space has fantastic natural light making it a dream for photography shoots and productions. The furniture can me moved around to accommodate your event needs. There is a large kitchen area with a under counter fridge and a sink. *Please note — There is a bowling alley above our unit and you can hear some of the noise however, it does drown out with music and people chatting

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
