You get the whole floor and decide the layout. We sit in the center of the DMV, easy from DC, Baltimore, and Northern Virginia, with plenty of free onsite parking. GETTING IN The space is a walk-up, one flight of stairs from the entrance, so plan for that if you are bringing heavy rentals. Look for Rapteez Studios on the building directory at 8309 Cherry Lane. ABOUT THE SPACE Rapteez is a DMV brand that started in 2010. We bought this building in 2022 and built the space out for our own events and shoots, and we open it up to the community when we are not using it. One private back room is used to stage food, drinks, and supplies during events, so setup stays out of sight, and your floor stays clean. Two additional private rooms are used for storage and are not part of the rental.
