About Luminist Photography
1000+ sq foot studio with props and sets and beautiful artwork by local artist Alexander Morris. The space also features art rails and hooks that go around the entire main area. Bring your own art and hang it up. Create your own Art Gallery by utilizing the art rail and hooks. Want a dance party for the kids? We have a smoke machine and laser lights. We also have a small projector for movies on the wall. It is set up in a studio apartment configuration, furnishing may be moved. Sets: 1. Seamless paper backdrops 2. Livingroom 3. Kitchen 4. Plates, platters, and cutting boards 15. Much more... Useful Items: 1. Rolling C-stands 2. Ladder 3. Motorized paper backdrop rack 4. Natural Light to your heart's content through the Entire front of the studio is windows 5. Black our curtains and sheer curtains to allow control of light. Easily bring your own props and equipment as there are no stairs and parking is available right outside the door. The studio has high ceilings and a paper backdrop rack. It also has a bathroom. The space is pretty quiet but not soundproof. Occasionally traffic can be heard quietly in the background. The HVAC system is noticeable and can be detrimental to video production. It can be easily controlled and turned off when recording is taking place. The Roof is flat and when it rains it can be loud, depending on the amount of rain.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Brenden met me there; He’s beyond personable and the space is BRIGHT and CLEAN! There’s a plethora of ways to move things around in the space to create different settings! I was able to shoot without any trouble; along with using his professional lighting this is sure to separate my work from others! Did I mention there is a bathroom too!
