About the Space
So many possibilities here!! Please feel free to reach out to discuss your ideas. This is a lovely space for meetings of up to 12-14 people. You have access to the kitchen, dining room, living room, a sitting room, library, and a bathroom, as well as the 53' long deck with a panoramic view. The kitchen table seats 12-14 and has incredible views of the Susquehanna River and the City of Harrisburg. Lots of sliding glass doors for full views and natural light. (if you need more space, ask about also using the basement family room, which includes a pool table) We do not have a projector or screen, but you may feel free to bring one to use if you want. We do have a smart TV in the living room that can be used for screen mirroring, etc. Our paved driveway is VERY steep. Normally not an issue, but in wintery weather there is potential for the property to be inaccessible. Lots of parking on our driveway for 8+ cars

Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
