About the Space
~ 2,750 sq ft loft space in the Heart of Downtown Detroit ( Capitol Park ) with open-floor plan - original wood floors from 1912. Space is filled with abundant natural light with large windows throughout. Perfect for photoshoots, videoshoots, art exhibits, recording musical performances, corporate off-sites, board meetings, dance rehearsals, educational programs, seminars, book-clubs, private dinner parties, keynote speeches, private concerts, and more. It's a very versatile space. This is a space by creatives, for creatives - so please reach out with your ideas. Let us know what you have in mind. We'd love to explore new ideas for artistic growth. This space is located on the 2nd floor - load-in/load-out is easy. AMENITIES *Space has a baby Grand Piano (can be added to your rental at a reasonable price) *Kitchen (sink, full-size refrigerator, lots of counterspace) *High-Fidelity Sonos Sound System *Lots of electrical outlets throughout space *High performance HVAC *Coat Rack *Full catering available upon request. * 26 wooden folding chairs

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

The space was absolutely stunning! I used it for a music video shoot where I used the piano and it was perfect. The hosts were easy to communicate with and were super helpful and kind on site. 10/10 would recommend!

This space was amazing for the performance I put together. It was very accommodating to the merchandise, food, and equipment I came along with. The hosts were amazing and made me feel much less pressure than I already had. I would love to return for more events in the future.

I have used peerspace for previous art shows but hands down this was the best space for my art shows. The owner was super resourceful, friendly and flexible. It’s the perfect ideal spot for art shows. Perfect amount of wall space, ambience and right in the middle of downtown! All at a very reasonable price. Will be booking again :)

Pretty chill vibe. I was able to get some nice pictures. Really clean and beautiful space. The host was pretty cool as well. She was welcoming!!

This will be my go to Spot anytime I’m in Detroit Venue : PERFECT!!! This is definitely one of my favorite venues. It was perfect for a Yoga session for about 50 people. It’s a big open space with beautiful views of the city, large windows, lots of natural light. There’s three Sonos speakers that you can connect to your phone. Excellent sound system Host: SUPERB. From the very beginning, incredibly helpful and very prompt responses. Zero issues, they actually went above and beyond and help me to prepare and make sure that I had everything I needed for the yogasessions. Attendees were very complementary off the space Keep in mind it is street parking that you have to pay for but it’s a dollar per hour and it’s free on Sundays
