Situated in the Lake View neighborhood, this venue is the perfect location for hosting events of all kinds, including corporate events, birthdays, receptions, and all type of social gatherings. The exposed brick also provides a unique scene for vendor events, trade shows and especially live music. The loft space is modern and spacious, featuring a contemporary design with exposed brick walls, polished wood floors, and high ceilings with track lighting. The venue can accommodate 150 guest, making it an ideal setting for both intimate and large-scale events. Artesian Loft provides a range of amenities to make your event a success. The space is equipped with a kitchenette, which include a sink, microwave, refrigerator and counter space. A 75inch smart TV and bathrooms are just steps away. The venue also offers ample parking options for guests and is easily accessible via public transportation.

Health and Safety Measures

Guest must clean up any and all trash from the event. The garbage disposal area is located inside the building on the first level in the middle of the building by the loading doc area. The loft must resemble the way it looked upon entry. The space will be professional clean and disinfected between events. A cleaning charge is added to the rental fee.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
