Photography and podcasts would work great in this space. It’s a very modern layout with an open concept with huge windows. There are three patios, one on each floor, that would be great for different events. It’s a private property with tons of opportunities. We use high end furniture to have that expensive look. Absolutely no smoking of any sort inside the property! Doing so will result in $400 smoking clean fee!

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
