Sometimes you need to get off-site to get in-sync. The Encounter is a facilitators dream location - Equipped with wink walls, flipcharts, markers, post its, pens and comfortable seating. Let us take care of all your team's needs with a full time host, coffee, fruit-infused water, and a beautiful selection of teas. The Encounter - where minds expand and teams transform. Interactive. Dynamic. Collaborative. Everything you need is already there. It's not just another meeting space - it's an Encounter. We’re unique in that we don’t offer single spaces. We are perfect for off-site retreats or team meetings where collaboration is key. We require a 4 hour booking minimum on all reservations. Your host will be there to welcome you 30 minutes prior to your scheduled start time. We can accommodate up to 18 comfortably. Host sets the room to your needs whether it be circle, semi-circle, or any other design that works for you.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

No, I would not book again.

Megan’s space is huge and very well laid out. We used it for a wonderful training and orientation day for new employees and it was amazing. Don’t hesitate to book! She’s so sweet and goes the extra mile—even brought a dog bed for a visiting dog so she could rest happily.
