Film and Video productions (as opposed to still photography) have an additional fee of +$150/hour (i.e. $275/hr (base) + $150/hr (film surcharge)) = $425/hr for film and video projects. This surcharge is due to heavier footprint, wear & tear, and EQ associated with these shoots. Additional costs: - 1x $500 Site Rep Fee - 1x $200 Cleaning Fee These two fees have been combined and are reflected in the listed cleaning fee. We require all bookings to put down a Security Deposit (5x hourly fee). This Security Deposit will be returned to your account within 5-10 business days assuming no damages occurred during your shoot. The hourly base rate increases as your head count increases. Please plug in your crew numbers to calculate your base rate in the Peerspace widget. Someone from our team will be on site with you for the duration of the shoot to orient you in the space and to verify that all rules are followed. All of our locations have hourly minimums. This location has a 6-hour minimum. If you book for less than 6 hours, you will still be charged for the full 6-hour rate. You must let us know if your schedule shifts for any circumstance. The safest way to plan to avoid overages like OT is to schedule yourself for the full 6 hours even if you do not anticipate needing the full amount of time. Events and large impact network/commercial filming will require a customized fee schedule. We cannot be flexible with minimum hours. Payment Policy: All location fees and the security deposit are due ahead of your shoot start time. Supplies: All productions are responsible for bringing their own supplies (e.g., toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags) and for removing all garbage after the project has wrapped. Content Policy: Our content policy prohibits nudity, sexual content, violence, blood/gore, anti-religious imagery, etc. If you are unsure whether your project complies with this policy, please inquire directly. Violations of the content policy may result in your shoot being interrupted or shut down, along with the forfeiture of your security deposit. This location offers an abundance of natural light and a wide variety of different spaces to match and enhance your creative vision. Included in this space is an art studio, a reading room, a kitchen, a living room, multiple bedrooms, three bathrooms, and much more. When you book one of our spaces, you'll be connected to an on-site representative who will be with you throughout your production to orient you in the space. Upon booking this location, it is required to sign a Location Agreement. No one will be permitted on set until this Agreement is signed. No nudity whatsoever. Heavy Equipment can’t be plugged into the location’s power network. Crews should be aware that the location runs on normal household power circulation and that they would need to arrange for an external power generator if they have any heavy EQ.
