About the Space
Located in Baldwin, this is a multipurpose event space that can hold all of your memorable moments. It provides an elegant and modern blank canvas that allows you to bring your vision to life. There is beautiful LED uplighting , a TV/monitor that can be used for streaming or photography/videography, and a grass backdrop for photo ops that can also be staged for a lounge area. There are additional add-on features and decor packages that can be provided. The venue is easy to access, provides ample parking, and is walking distance from the LIRR.

General Rules
Please be respectful of the venue.
No drug use or smoking of any kind permitted on the premises.
No loitering outside of the venue.
No open flames, explosives, or use of anything that may be considered hazardous.
No alterations, wall hangings or decorations may be applied to walls, doors, or windows.
No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items may be used on the walls or floors.
Glitter or foil confetti is not allowed on site.
You agree to comply with all fire, health and sanitary laws, ordinances, rules, and orders of appropriate governmental authorities.
You agree to be solely responsible for complying with all city, county, state, and federal laws, rules, ordinances, and regulations concerning the services and consumption of alcoholic beverages. Any evidence of noncompliance will result in immediate expulsion.
Setup and breakdown time needed for events must be included in the total booking charge as there will be additional charges if the premises are used for longer than the allotted reservation.
There is a $100 cleaning fee.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The venue is cleaned and disinfected before and after each booking and a professional is hired to provide cleaning services.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
