About the Space
This is an open floor plan on first floor with lots of space for cameras/lights. Open kitchen/dining room and then family room with lots of natural light. Large master on 2nd Floor (like really large). We have a great backyard space and detached one car garage (with a parking space for you). Finished basement with full bath if you want have two events/shoots going on at the same time or do HMU and Props in basement. Top floor is two additional bedroom (4 floors total and 4 bedrooms/3 full baths).

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
