About the Space
Enjoy the full Topanga experience on our original 100-year-old rustic canyon property surrounded by oak trees, wild life, our small vineyard and the beautiful canyon mountains. Our wood paneled living room, brick fireplace and sliding glass doors that open up to nature make for an indoor/outdoor canyon backdrop. We have two properties available the Main House and Guesthouse (Add-On) which can be utilized for an additional shoot location or HMU, production, styling space. Please inquire on Guesthouse availability and fees.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
All areas available for photo shoots will be cleaned and disinfected prior to crew arrival by a professional cleaning service. Cleaning supplies and a sanitize station will be available during production. In addition, there is a large and expansive outdoor area and accessibility to fresh air.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
