About the Space
This spacious and modern clubroom is available for social gatherings, work events or private dinners. The space has access to a full kitchen, pool table and large open seating areas that can accommodate groups up to 25. The clubroom can be divided into two sections with sliding barn-style doors. Televisions are available for hosting presentations only. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Large Dining Table with space for 8 - Large kitchen island with 4 barstools - 3 small dining tables with 2 chairs each - Additional seating areas that can accommodate up to 11 - 1 large flat screen TVs (for use with presentations only) - Kitchen equipped with refrigerator, warming oven, electric stovetop, microwave, and sink - Pool table - Wi-Fi - Data Ports Take a 3D tour: https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=SXjB8KzR85b **Space will not include access to the pool or courtyard.** FOOD & BEVERAGE Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/ drinks. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

Like the other comments - please note this is a somewhat public community space so if you need privacy just have someone you can have at the doors. That is what we did and it was smooth. Be advised of the parking situation, there is guest parking so use that.

This was a great space - Our team was comfortable meeting here and enjoyed the atmosphere. A few things to keep when booking this space. Parking - There is no parking close to the doors of the facility and no "safe place" to unload your vehicle if you were to have a meeting with food on site. There is very limited street parking about 1/4 mile away. There is plenty of parking across the street in the Diamond Plaza You are offered a phone number to contact an on-site person if there is a problem but you have to leave a message and they "will get back to you" There are no additional supplies in this space, no silverware, paper towels, soap. They don't even have paper towels in the bathrooms. You don't have control of the music that is in the room. It is a nice touch but, you have to ask maintenance to turn it off. This is a community room space in an apartment complex. We had 6 interruptions while we were holding out meetings between an Amazon Driver, tenants coming by to see what was going on in the space. Little did we also know that the bench out front is a "smoking area" for people who live on site. Traffic and interruptions stopped when the community manager put a sign up that the room is reserved. You may want to also inquire if they are doing and maintenance work at the facility - We had our meeting during tree trimming day which made our zoom extremely challenging. After the tree trimmer there was a team of people doing measurements all around the perimeter. The space is nice and I don't know if we can rent at this specific location. If you decide to rent, just be ware that you may be completely dedicated to managing the complex distractions.
