Welcome to our creative haven! Our studio was designed with creatives in mind, offering a modern, beautiful, and professional space that inspires and feels like home. Our team is passionate about providing the best service and solutions to meet the demands and challenges of every production process. Our unique and artistic atmosphere makes us the ideal location for media company filming's, photo shoots, pop-up events, art shows, and private corporate events. In just one year, we've become the leading production, rehearsal, and creative space for top-tier artists, choreographers, dancers, and media networks worldwide; including musical icons such as Beyoncé, Rihanna, and Camila Cabello. Event Building Lockdown Day Rate: $5000 For all private and corporate events, pop-up events, birthday parties, holiday parties, and fashion shows, for a 12 hour day rate. Additional $250 cleaning fee for events.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
