The kitchen has sufficient counter space for setting out hors d'oeuvres, etc. The ultimate Game Night would be ideal here with the convertible Bumper Pool/ Poker Table and with traditional wall-mounted magnetic games like Checkers, Chess, Backgammon, and Tic Tac Toe. The chest is stocked with additional games as well! The space boasts outdoor dining as well as a deck with a firepit. Perfect for a Girl's Night Out or kickback. The patio dining table can also be removed to accommodate 8-10 round tables for a Baby or Bridal Shower, Birthday Party, Vision Board Party, Hosted Brunch or any other seated event. Prior arrangements required for overnight stays.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Space is thoroughly cleaned prior to and after each event. All surfaces are disinfected, bathrooms cleaned, kitchen is cleaned and disinfected. Cleaning supplies are available onsite for any mishaps that may happen during the event. Please remove all debris and trash that you bring in or create, including glitter or confetti. Failure to remove trash after an event will result in an additional $100 cleaning fee. Please do not leave any food in the refrigerator.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
