Situated on the entire top floor of a newly-built boutique building in the First Hill area, this rooftop lounge has it all. This space is perfect for hosting private events, parties, and BBQs with friends and family. Nearly 1000 square feet of exterior space including gas BBQs, central seating area, firepits, and nest seating. This space is perfect for your next event!

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Stunning location. Worked great for our commercial video shoot. Well furnished and fireplace was a plus - really made the shots.

We had our engagement party here with a count of 75 people. We were nervous about it being enough space but there was PLENTY of room. Such beautiful scenery as well.

We loved this rental space! Incredible views and furniture options, perfect for staging our yearly photo shoot. We attempted to contact the lobby staff before 5pm and had no answer, unfortunately, but our code kicked in right at 5pm to let us in without issue. A few building residents or guests did ignore the posted "reserved for private event" sign during our 5-9pm rental. Otherwise, we were very pleased with this rental.

Excellent venue and perfect for our summer BBQ! Only negative I would point out is apartment staff not being very helpful, almost as if we were an inconvenience, but the space was definitely still worth it! The BBQ didn't work without a point and flame lighter, which thankfully we were able to locate during the party, so FYI if you book. I had multiple people ask me about the venue because they enjoyed the space so much. More than enough area for 70 people and would absolutely book again!
