About the Space
Modern rustic White barn and outdoor space for photography- Black Friesian and white and brown Gypsy Vanner horse and a small pony are also available for photoshoots - 3 green acres year round with trees for all sorts of photo shoots. The barn has a workshop that can be used for storage etc and a cute studio room with a shower, toilet and fridge and microwave. The Main house is 3600 so foot single level and can be used for filming at a negotiated fee.

Barn is cleaned daily as 3 horses live in it. Studio room disinfected and cleaned prior to usage.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
