This beautiful dance space is perfect for dance rehearsals, practices, classes, workshops, events, video & photo shoots and more. 2,000sq Ft, with 1,600 sq Ft of wooden bamboo dance floor, with mirrors across the space. Low ambient vibes with color changing DJ up lighting, stereo aux/Bluetooth audio system for wireless connectivity. Bathroom with sink and water fountain.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Space was fantastic for my daughters 16th birthday. With already having lights and music available, we brought our own food and tables and everyone had a great time. Melissa who helped us with booking the space was fantastic, communicative, and clear in her expectations. I highly recommend her and this location!! 10 out of 10

This was the PERFECT space for my intimate birthday celebration! We were able to fit (3) 6ft tables in a U shape on one side of room with seating, (3) 6ft tables lined the wall for catering and the front half of the space was used as the dance floor, with plenty of space. My guests loved this hidden gem! Working with Melissa was very easy! I would ABSOLUTELY rent this space again! Thank you!

Melissa was an incredible host, met us before our rental time to introduce us to the space and was readily available via text if we needed anything! Her space is absolutely beautiful and worked perfectly for our pop-up dance class. Parking around the area was a bit full and not super convenient, but all of our guests made it work without issue! We would definitely book with Melissa again if the opportunity came! Beautiful space and a great partnership!
