- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Overall great experience using this venue. It was spacious and the customer service was excellent!!! There was an unforeseen minor issue occurred but Casdia was able and compensate for it I would recommend this venue to anyone!!!

For a last minute 80th birthday party I'm so glad Casida's space was available. It's just like the pictures. Small, clean, space. Casida was very helpful with my setup and made accommodations for an alternative day since my original date was not available. I'd definitely book again. For sit down comfortable seating engagement indoors heads up no more than 50 ppl. If it was a nice day we definitely could've used the backyard space. My family enjoyed themselves. Fyi Parking on Sunday wasn't bad
