Great DIY workshop space / art studio near downtown Pembroke Pines but tucked away from the busy traffic. Restaurants and bakeries in the same plaza. Studio is equipped with four large 8' x 4' tables on wheels. It has 32 stools for seating. Studio is used for a variety of art/craft classes. There are electrical outlets near each table. There is WIFI in the studio. A small seating area in the front of the shop surrounded large glass windows. There is counter space with small microwave, one mini fridge, and a Keurig coffee maker. There is a TV- must provide AV or use a laptop Tables can be moved to different configurations. Utility sink in back. Note: Restroom not wheelchair accessible.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
