About the Space
We have a fully equipped Personal training Studio for corporate use and or team building events. Extremely popular for Fitness professionals hosting events from out of town. We are located directly a crossed from many chained hotels for out of town attendees. We can also have personal trainers available for an additional fee if your event requires it.

Must be a qualified fitness professional on site to over see the usage of professional commercial equipment.
All ages are allowed in the space
No moving furniture and decorations
Smoke machines are allowed

Security cameras and recording devices
No audio just the simply safe video recording. It’s a security measurement for the business. The system is a standard simply safe product. We use this at all of our facilities.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
External insured professional cleaning company. They have cleaned our locations for several years.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
