Camp Argue on Candlewood Lake

Camp Argue is a 3200 sq ft home located on a 1/2 acre yard tucked away in the forest within a private community on Candlewood Lake, CT. The entire surrounding area is full of beautiful State Parks that have a wide variety of locations to use in addition to Camp Argue. Both of us are in the film / fashion industry so we've included all the things "that matter" for a great production to happen ! Our newly renovated ( 2022 ) home sits on a 1/2 acre of gorgeous landscaped space. Some extra features are an authentic Native American teepee, oversized sandbox ( with vinyl cover ) , a swing and two extra large hammocks tucked away in secluded areas in the forest. GIG wifi is covering the entire house and yard thanks to the state of the art wireless access points installed. The living room has amazing S/W light all afternoon and floods the area via a brand new floor to ceiling picture window. Three bedrooms, and an extra bed in the finished basement. Spa like features for the three bathrooms which include copper ceiling, spa like tub and walk in glass showers with benches. Our beautiful white sand private beach/ clubhouse that overlooks Candlewood Lake is only a short 5 min walk away. Ready, Set, Action !
