History of the space This townhome is looking forward to hosting spoken word artist, small intimate concert series, podcast host, baby showers, bridal showers, family gatherings, and dinner parties. It’s near the Riverhouse golf course, and discovery green park. Neighborhood details Located on a quiet street minutes from downtown. Close enough to conveniently get there, and watch the skyline of the beautiful buildings, far enough to not feel claustrophobic or overwhelmed by the businesses of downtown. Logistics Guest has Un-interfered access to the first 3 stories of the house with exception of bedrooms. Bedrooms can be included for additional cleaning fee. An open plan living room, fully functional kitchen, dining room that seats 6 people at the dining table, 2 at the kitchen island, 3 on the sofa and 2 people via swing chairs. Second floor balcony has two chairs and a side table. 2nd floor also has a half bathroom. The fourth floor of home is under construction and not accessible to guest. The home has garage parking for 2 standard size vehicle. Free street parking is available for additional vehicles.
