The fourth floor loft has a couch, air hockey table, 3D photo wall, desk space, full size bathroom, 65 inch television, and a walk out balcony all with a beautiful view of downtown. The balcony hosts a hot tub and 2 swing chairs. The entire home is accessible by request. The 4th floor loft, balcony and second floor amenities are accessible by default. The home has garage parking for 2 standard size vehicle. Free street parking is available for additional vehicles. The home has a lot of stairs. If total privacy is requested, owner can leave premises during event for additional $25/hour.
