General Rules
Respect the space: Please take care of the space and treat it as if it were your own. Any damage caused by you or your team will result in additional charges.
No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the space
No pets: Pets are not allowed
Outside food and beverages: Outside food and beverages are allowed, but please clean up after yourself and dispose of any trash properly.
Furniture and equipment: Please do not move any furniture or equipment without permission from the host.
Noise: Please keep noise levels at a reasonable volume and respect the neighbors.
Maximum capacity: Please adhere to the maximum capacity stated in the listing. Exceeding this number may result in additional fees or cancellation of the booking.
Additional time: Any additional time needed beyond the agreed-upon booking time must be approved by the host and may be subject to additional fees.
Cleanup: Please leave the space in the same condition as you found it.

After each booking, the home is cleaned by a professional cleaning crew.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
