1 space in the driveway and plenty of street parking. We also have a Tesla charger at the property.

We don't have many "rules". Most of these should be an obvious courtesy to the neighbors, and/or regulations by the city. I promise we are super chill hosts, we have had to spell these out because we have had unfortunate experiences in the past. This ensures that everyone has the same expectations ahead of time. Thanks in advance for your cooperation :) Any verifiable rule violation will result in a fine and possible immediate removal from the property without refund. *no exceptions to the rules* 1. STRICT Noise curfew of 10PM SHARP. 2. NO hanging out outside after 12PM. Voices carry, and due to the 10pm noise curfew, we are no longer allowing outdoor use after 10pm to make sure there are no problems. 3. NO LARGE PARTIES! 4. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND ON THE PROPERTY AT ALL (inside or outside). $350 charge for smoking violations. 5. No pets allowed. 6. No loud music or shouting that neighbors might be able to hear - please be respectful! 7. There is plenty of parking space. Please be careful if you park in the lot across the street as there are businesses and events that my be happening. 8. Use of hot tub, pool (please note that the Pool is NOT heated), fire pit and outdoor heaters are at your own risk. No eating our drinking inside the hot tub or pool. Guests will be responsible for any damages. Please note if your stays are longer then 2 days you may need to refill the propane tank at the nearest "Home Depot" which is about 5-8 mins away. Which will be an out of pocket cost ($15-$20). Please ask for more information if needed. 9. Please do not wash off makeup or any tanning with the white towels. We have provided nice makeup wipes and face wash towels for your convenience. Please bring your own towels if you have a self body tans that can causes stains. And please do not use the white bath towels for kitchen or outdoor messes. (An additional fee will be charge for any towel replacements needed) 10. Please be sure to THROW away all Garbage inside and outside. All garbage must be taken out into trash bin during Check Out. Please take or throw all the food you have brought into the house and anything you've left in the fridge. 11. Please do not leave Food Open outside. 12. If you are wet from the Hot Tub or Pool, please dry yourself before entering the home. 13. NO SHOES on the indoor furniture and area rugs. NO eating on the couches, living room or bedrooms. 14. Follow all Check Out Procedures. And please turn off all, lights, AC, fans, propane tanks, close hub tub with cover and please be sure to lock all door when leaving. 15. Decorations**** Please do not use tape that will tear the paint off the wall inside or outside of the house. ALSO - please do not get decorations (especially the small plastic stuff) in the pool/hot tub. It can and will clog the plumbing. No glitter as well. I will have to charge you if that happens. DISCLAIMER: For you safety and the safety of others, surveillance cameras are installed outdoors at this property. 1. We have a security camera on at the front of the house that faces out to the side yard, away from the door. 2. One on the left side of the house 3. Another on the right side of the house. 4 In the backyard on the corner of the house. No cameras face inside the house :) No shoes on any of the area rugs (living room and bedrooms). No food or drinks on the living room couch. Please be sure all things are put away where it was placed when you arrived. Please be sure that no make up/ tans stain any of the towels, bedding’s or furniture to avoid additional charges for replacement. Photo's of the house will be taken prior to your stay to ensure that no damages are made. MISSING ITEM DISCLAIMER: Unfortunately we have to address this disclaimer due to items missing from the home after each stay. Inventory and photos will be taken before each stay. A fine of $500.00 will be charged for any items missing. (Items that aren’t included are a few extra toiletries that we provide that are available under each bathroom sink (Make up wipes, travel toothpaste, extra toothbrush & extra hair ties ) and we also provide a few on the house drinks in the fridge along with coffee tea and sweeteners for you to enjoy)
