If you need to shoot near DTLA, this is the place. My studio is at ground level. There is a roll-up door for easy load-in. There are 2 reserved parking spaces at the roll-up door and plenty of parking on site. I have central heat/AC. For early adopters, basic grip is included with the day's rental. (C-Stands, Booms, Sandbags, Appleboxes) I also have lighting/modifiers available as add-ons. There is also a restaurant/pub, across the parking lot. If you need more equipment than what I've got on hand, OTMFC is on the other side of my building. I spent 13 years as a photo assistant before finding my place in celebrity & entertainment work, so I know how to ensure you have what you need for a smooth production. Drop a line. Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
