Brick House Strength and Conditioning is a 5,000 sq ft health & fitness facility with beautiful bath/locker rooms and showers. We provide our members with a professional environment, efficient training, recovery, & nutritional consulting. We have plenty of space for fitness classes, wellness seminars or educational workshops for up to 30 people!

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

Overall, nice space. The music speaker stopped working so we had to workout without music until the end but the host was responsive.

I am very grateful that they allow me to bring my children to the gym. However, my time was not respected as a pain customer. (Arrived on time and wasn’t able to start filming until 2:15ish because no one would leave and respect me as a paying customer) My kids were present, and the most frustrating part of it all I’m not able to express any rude or respectful actions when I know I am being disrespected and my time being wasted because as a mom I must set an example for them .. For 150/ hour, and you do not get the gym to yourself is worthless. — this gym is not for anyone trying to film Content. This seems to be a gym for people booking events. The people seem nice. But the vibes of respecting someone’s time and hard earned money was not there . As a entrepreneur, as well as single mother, I take my time very seriously Although it is a nice gym unfortunately I will not be booking at this location again
