Space rental is available for dance, yoga and fitness classes, auditions, photo shoots, meetings and more. Duet Dance Studio has 2 studio spaces. Studio A is 2000 sq. ft and can hold up to 50 people and Studio B is 1000 sq. ft and can hold up to 30 people. Studio A’s features and amenities include: - North facing, floor to ceiling windows perfect for photo shoots - An open space with wood floors - A pro sound system - Mirrors - Benches and chairs - 6 ft. folding table - Lounge area - Central heat and A/C - Wifi * Studio A is located on the 2nd floor. The building does not have elevators and is not wheelchair accessible.

I promise you that you will only here me say “cheese” during your family’s session if your kids just asked me what my favorite food is. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
