We have a Town Hall every year, and the space we choose makes or breaks it. Last year was rough, and the one thing we wanted to make sure of this year was that our crew had enough space to work together AND apart. When I first saw Jonathan's space on Peerspace, I was a little skeptical. The amount of square footage in this space PLUS the cost had me questioning what I was walking into. What a surprise when I walked into the building, and the event area was spacious, bright, and literally had everything we could need--from a separate meeting room, to a kitchen, to an outdoor space. The kitchen was so well stocked--I probably didn't even have to buy all the supplies I needed. When we needed extra serving spoons, tongs and bowls--I was able to find it. There was even foil when folks needed to take leftovers home. There was plenty of space for beverages and food in the two fridges, and we loved having an ice maker and water dispenser available for our crew. Jonathan's communication was consistent and kind. He was flexible when I wanted to see the space multiple times before the event. He even let us in a bit early on the first day to begin setup. When I say the customer service was over the top, I mean it! The doors were open on time every morning, trash was taken out (sometimes even mid event when they got full), and he was checking in daily to make sure nothing was amiss and we were happy. The area had great parking and easy access to our hotel. 10/10, would come again!!

Before I even officially booked, Jonathan met with me, offered an in-person tour, and had offered connections to trusted vendors. He later met and coordinated another walkthrough with my caterers, before doing a final venue check with me the day before our event. On the day of our workshop, he was checking in via text, coordinating on-site support for me, fixing wifi, and generally acting as the expert liaison we needed. The room and set-up was flawless, and the whole thing massively exceeded our expectations. Even if we'd been charged twice the cost, I would have been thrilled.

Venue was perfect for our event, easy to find, easy to find parking and to enter the building. Host was exceptional, he went above and beyond with hospitality and very helpful. Our guests had a lovely time, I'd definitely book this venue in the future and totally recommend it.

My camera operator said Jonathan was super helpful and was more than willing to do whatever was needed for the shoot. Our shoot was on a Sunday and Jonathan moved things around to make it work. Would book again!

Overall great experience, with a few bumps in the road. I had 49 people in the space for a tech workshop. I thought it was appropriately sized, although some of my attendees said they felt too cramped for space (this was because too many people were trying to see the one largest TV monitor in the central seating area). We served catered meals and the space worked great for that. The temp was comfortable. We stocked the fridge with our drinks and that was great! Jonathan and Marco were great hosts, very responsive and helped us throughout the event. The downsides were the Internet service, which got slow and went out a few times during out event. Comcast fixed it each time but it was rough. Also, attendees did not like that they couldn't go in and out the front door (it stays locked and we didn't give attendees the code to get in) so we had to have someone hang out at the door or respond to text messages. That was rough, too.
