About the Space
About the property: The property sits at the top of the hills in Vista. It’s spacious, quiet, and surrounded in nature - feels like a sanctuary full of life with plants, hummingbirds, and a soon to be community garden. There are many large palm trees, eucalyptus trees and fruit trees as well as two large plots of grass (which is rare for this area). The property is gated and has a wrap around driveway that leads from one gate to another. There is ample space for 20+ cars to park and because of the position of the house on the property it is extremely private and not visible to any neighbors. About the home: - very spacious ranch style home with adobe walls - large porch that runs the length of the house - roughly 2000 sq ft. - minimal furniture that can easily be moved around - large living room with fire place, sitting room, dining area kitchen and a bathroom (bedrooms off limits)

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

I used this space for some Christmas portraits. The natural lighting was a little dim but I was still able to shoot without using my flash. The house is really pretty and outside is very spacious!

This is a beautiful home that provided the perfect feeling and aesthetic for our campaign. The host was very accommodating which made the production a breeze.
