About the Space
This beautiful and artful condo has an open floor plan downstairs that includes a kitchen/dining/ and living room area. There are two bedrooms upstairs. The condo is spacious with large windows in each room. This space would be great for filming and production. It is also a beautiful space for people wanting a meeting space that provides all the amenities you would find in a home.

Health and Safety Measures
The space is cleaned before and after each use. All surfaces are wiped with disinfectant/cleaning solution. All used linens are washed.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
