About the Space
Classic 1950's home with original charm and updates in all the right places. Pops of color offer lively details, while the white walls reflect natural sunlight as it pours into the picture window on the main floor. The large living space is flexible and can be used with or without the seating, and there is a private office available on the main floor as well. The kitchen is right off the living room and has a sliding door to the spacious, private backyard–creating the perfect flow of indoor/outdoor space. This artist home is perfect for small gatherings and events, branding, lifestyle, photo shoots, headshots, intimate yoga or movement sessions, private classes, or workshops.

Lighting description
Large, picture window in front of the house, along with two wide side-by-side windows, all east-facing. The space is brightest early in the day, and best lighting for photos and videos is in the afternoon leading up to sunset. There are no window coverings, but guests are welcome to bring their own.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
The space is open and has a slight echo. Neighbors are not noisy, and the street has low traffic.

There are three steps to get into the space. Please note that there is not currently a ramp on the premises.
Staging area is available
There is an office room available to use as a dressing room with a floor-length mirror and natural light.
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
Upstairs is off-limits and will be roped off
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
There are multiple outlets in the space, as well as converters. The circuit breaker is in the garage, off the kitchen if needed.

Please remove shoes when entering to protect the original hardwood floors, slippers available. (also option to be mindful of wearing heels or other types of shoes that can damage the floors or track in mud/dirt)

Furniture and decorations may be moved
If furniture needs to be moved, please allow us to take care of it prior to your booking. Guests should not move any furniture unless they have permission from the host.

There are security cameras on site, both are outside. One in the doorbell on the front door, and the other is on the back patio
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The space is cleaned, disinfected and properly ventilated to help keep germs minimized and to prioritize the safety of our guests. Guests are also welcome to keep the sliding door open (with screen door closed) during bookings.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
