Our space is perfect for film, television, and music video premieres, listening parties, corporate parties, graduation parties, art galleries and exhibits, and more. Our custom layout is the perfect canvas to bring your visions to life. Your booking includes: -the warehouse (with 4 A/C units, industrial ceiling fans, and portable fans) -living room -kitchen with fridge, freezer, sink, microwave, and coffee bar -the conference room (perfect for storing extra supplies or food) -bluetooth speaker -team member onsite

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
