PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING! Welcome to our 2,000 square foot photography studio and creative content space located in Burlington, NJ. With natural light and high ceilings, this space is perfect for capturing beautiful portraits, creating engaging content as well as hosting creative-centered events, meetings or workshops Upon entering the studio, you'll be greeted by an open space that has been thoughtfully designed with various set options featuring high-end furniture from TOV, CB2, Crate & Barrel and more. You'll be able to create a variety of looks and moods for your photo shoots or video productions. The studio also features a separate section specifically designed for traditional portrait photography, complete with professional lighting equipment from Paul C. Buff and seamless backdrops. This space offers a more controlled environment for your portrait photography needs. Thank you for considering our studio space. We kindly ask all guests to adhere to the following guidelines to ensure everyone’s experience is smooth and enjoyable. Please treat our studio with the same care you would your own. Your cooperation in maintaining a professional and respectful environment is greatly appreciated. After your session, we request that you leave the studio in a clean and tidy condition. This not only reflects positively on your team but also helps us maintain a pristine studio for all our clients. Your adherence to these guidelines is crucial for the continued success of our creative space. Failure to comply may result in loss of future access or additional cleaning fees. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in making this a welcoming space for all. 1. Keep Food and Drink Away: Help maintain a clean and welcoming environment by refraining from consuming food and beverages in the space. Drinks or food of any kind MUST be kept and eaten at the counter if necessary. 2. Handle Furniture and Props With Care: Any damage to the studio and its furniture, props or, equipment during your booking time will result in an additional charge to replace the damaged item “at replacement cost.” DO NOT DRAG FURNITURE. 3. Respect Our Security Measures: To ensure the safety of everyone visiting, surveillance cameras have been installed inside and outside of the building. We periodically monitor the cameras to ensure rules are being followed and no theft occurs. Do not move or cover the cameras. 4. Clean Up After Yourself: We will kindly request that you clean and inspect the space before you leave. A cleaning fee will be charged if the space is not returned to its original and normal condition upon completion of your session. ****PLEASE NOTE, our temporary Valentine's Day set does not come with the red flooring to preserve the integrity of the red drapes. The flooring is white.
