Welcome to a unique and modern venue perfect for a wide range of events. This open floor plan space boasts 750 sq ft of modern design, featuring a sleek garage door entrance with double glass doors. The main feature of the space is a stunning black and white mural of a hair model, providing a striking backdrop for any event. The walls are also adorned with hanging hair extensions, adding to the space's unique charm. The space also features a 10ft tall cash wrap counter in the center of the floor, with a black crocodile fabric countertop, perfect for displaying merchandise or as a central point for gathering. A feather crescent ring provides a unique and eye-catching decor piece that can also be used for photos during events. For your comfort, the space also includes one sofa and a ring light as well as a sink. There's 1 bathroom available inside the dwelling, and also many bathroom options inside nearby coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. The Space is the ideal location for hosting baby showers, beauty classes, seminars, workshops, and more. Conveniently located near Northpark mall area, in a plaza with other brand new modern businesses, this venue is sure to impress your guests and make your event one to remember.

At The Cute Co-Create Space, we want to ensure that all of our guests have a clean and comfortable space for their event. As part of our rental agreement, we ask that all guests ensure that all garbage is properly bagged and placed in the designated area near back door inside the dwelling. Our team will then ensure proper disposal via our valet trash service. Additionally, after your event is concluded, a professional cleaning service will thoroughly clean the space to ensure it is ready for the next guest. This ensures that our guests have a clean and safe environment for their event, and we appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a high standard of cleanliness at The Cute Co-Create Space.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
