1. The home is safe 2. Guest should discuss with me what they got going on ahead of time 3. It’s clean peaceful property. You will surely love it. 4, There is patio space for smoking . 5. Quiet time starts at 8pm everyday 6. There is at least free 5-6 parking spaces, free parking at the property. There’s also few parking at the park next to the property.

Parking description
I have about 6 parking spaces in from of my property and there are also free parking spaces in my sub division. Additionally there is unlimited free parking at the park few meters from my property.
General Rules
1. No smoking in the building, but guest can smoke at the patio.
2. Alcohol is allowed here. Guest should drink reasonably and socially without creating any funny scene
3. Property should be maintained and kept clean at all times.
4. Quiet time starts from 8pm in the property. Noice should be kept low to its nearest minimum. At this time.
5. Pets are not allowed in the property
6. Outside Catheting is allowed,

Guest should just keep everything about the house clean and decent at all times.
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
