About the Space
Our space can be hired out for pole dance, tricks ,commercial dance classes and productions. Here is what you can find at our studio -17 four meter high brass poles that can be spin or static -lighting that can be changed to suit your colour preference -mirrored walls -Kitchenette -bathroom and shower -Bag racks -Parking on site and free street parking We have access to Luxe Styling outfits for those wanting to do a Videoshoot/Photoshoot and would like outfit styling Available for: • Photo/Film Shoot • Content Creation/Blogging/Youtube Videos • Podcasts/Interviews • Movies/Films • Tik Tok Videos/Social Media

General Rules
You can park within complex but we always leave unit 15 spaces free as they are always in operation
No smoking inside the building (Smoke machines welcome for your video or photo shoot)
Insurances must be provided where necessary and our waivers signed
The studio must be left in the way it was when you arrived (so put everything back where it was found)
OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Cleaning of our space is done daily and there is a;sp cleaning products and sanitizer available within our space
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Hand Sanitizer
