About the Space
This 100 seat venue is ideal for small productions, events, and live music. Our seating is moveable and raked seating is available. The stage is 18'x8.5', the main floor area is 32'x32'. We offer bar services for events if requested. The main floor is ADA accessible and includes one ADA restroom. There are 5 additional restrooms on the bottom floor as well as a green room and practice room. There is a kitchen for food prep and a fridge for food storage. We have a full lighting grid and sound system. This venue is part of a little arts community and is a great option for public and private events.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
