An old tailoring factory turned art gallery, the space has a rich history and is full of character. Spacious and well connected, we are 4 minutes walk from Daslton Kingsland and 6 minutes from Dalston Junction. One main space (12m x 5m), leads to 3 small bedrooms that can be used as dressing rooms or storage. There is also a bathroom and a narrow kitchen. Minimal natural light makes blackout very easy. Access is through a white metal gate (80 x 205cm) down a flight of 10 steps and through two sets of double doors. Great for photo shoot, film shoots, fashion shoots, editorials and more.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
