Upon entering the front door, there is a foyer/lounge area where guests can sit back, vibe out and listen to music. When entering the living room from the foyer, you can’t help but notice the spacious open floor space with natural lighting that connects the family room, kitchen and dining room. There’s also a restroom for guests which is adjacent to the kitchen. The areas that were mentioned (which is the right wing of the home covering 1500sq ft.) are only accessible during booking. It is conveniently close to Berkley (Approx. 5 minutes away) Beverley Hills (Approx. 8 minutes away), Somerset Collection (Approx. 15 minutes away) Downtown Royal Oak (Approx. 10 minutes away), Downtown Ferndale (Approx. 10 minutes away), Downtown Birmingham (Approx. 15 minutes away), Downtown Detroit (Approx. 20 minutes away) and a host of neighborhood restaurants as well 😋.
