A bohemian entrance lounge, studio white-wall, expansive industrial windows and epic views of the Sydney city skyline are just some of the special features of this hidden gem. FILM/TV/CONTENT The location has been used by Hollywood film directors, TV shows, brands, commercial & portrait photographers, indy filmmakers, podcasters, TikTokers, Youtubers, Course Creators and soon, you! E-COM + PRODUCT + LIFESTYLE A hybrid of studio & apartment, the space is designed so that every way you point your camera is a unique moment to capture. The space is curated for maximum creative expression - in addition you can shift, change and re-arrange the interior to suit your specific vision and style. To maximise your creativity and time, the location is laid-out with a dedicated studio section (including a 4m white-wall) along with areas of furnishings/plants/art/ornaments for lifestyle images and shoots. AMAZING FLEXIBILITY The location can be used with the existing interior furnishings or as a blank slate for your desired pieces/set dressings - let us know what you would like to do! We are always keen to discuss your needs and how we can maximise your objectives and make your booking unforgettable and productive. We welcome your requests, suggestions and feedback. ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE Some productions utilise a blank space to create their own production design; others utilise the existing interiors as-is or with tweaks - anything is possible - drop a message and let us collaborate on your requirements. RATES Our rates vary depending on day and time - and your requirements. As this is a new listing to the platform, we are offering reduced hourly prices on Peerspace. These prices are for a limited time and will be updated periodically until we reach our necessary operating prices. If you book with these rates now, they will be set for your booking in the future. Rates per hour as at August 2023: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm: $85 Mon-Wed 6pm-10pm: $105 Mon-Wed 10pm-2am: $130 Thu 6pm-10pm: $130 Thur 10pm-2am: $150 Fri 6pm-10pm: $150 Fri 10pm-2am: $170 Sat 9am-6pm: $105 Sat 6pm-10pm: $150 Sat 10pm-2am: $170 Sun 10am-6pm: $125 Sun 6pm-10pm: $170 Sun 10pm-2am: $190 ATTENDEE PRICING (hourly): 1-9 people - 0$ 10-19 people - $10 20-29 people - $20 30-39 People - $30 40-50 people - $40 Cleaning fee: $0 *the number of people during your booked time slot will be counted. To avoid unexpected charges, ensure the number of people who will be on the premises is accurate at the time of booking. We prepare the space based on the number of your attendees you stipulate. PLEASE NOTE: We are a small business and even at our normal pricing (outside of our current Peersapace specials) we operate on tiny margins. Taxes, GST and Peerspace fees account for approximately 50% of what you actually pay. STUDIO RULES: Please carefully read the RULES below - failure to follow the rules may result in your booking being cut short and/or terminated. Prior to your booking we will text you these rule and it is IMPERRATIVE that you forward them to each person who will be in attendance during your booking. - RESPECT: This building heritage listed and while it is covered in graffiti, the businesses in the building pay high levels of rent and include; call centres, architects, journalist, yoga studios, music production, tattoo parlours, artist studios - all professionals working at all hours who need to be shown care and respect just as you would your own building or place of work. - SECURITY CAMERAS are throughout the building, inside the studio and at the front door of the studio - footage will be reviewed if there is an incident or complaint. - ABSOLUTELY NO ROOF ACCESS - This is a safety issue and under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should your guests or crew access the roof. - GUESTS/CREW should REMAIN INSIDE the studio except when arriving or leaving - loud groups of people should not gather or hang out on the balconies or roam throughout the building. - WINDOWS and DOORS should remain closed at all times during your event/production to ensure excess noise does not permeate into the surrounding areas. - MUSIC needs to be kept within the normal legal levels at all times. - MUSIC needs to be off 15 minutes before your booking ends so you and your guests have time to gather belongings and leave the premises - NO NAKED FLAMES - this includes candles, sparklers, fireworks etc. - NO GLITTER or CONFETTI. - NO TAPE, BLUTACK, ADHESIVES are to be used on the walls without prior consultation. - NO THROWING OBJECTS in the building or off the the roof/balconies. - NO VANDALISM or PHYSICAL DESTRUCTION of the property will be tolerated. - NO GRAFFITI - guests who have been found to be grafting in the past have been ordered to pay for damages - we know that may seem strange as the building is covered in graffiti, regardless it is not legal and not permitted. - RESPECT THE NEIGHBOURS - leave in a quiet and orderly manner. Treat the STUDIO and BUILDING with respect and ensure that your booking is uninterrupted and enjoyable for you and the other tenants in the building. Failure to follow these rules may result in your event or shoot being cut short or terminated. Thank you and enjoy your time!
