FLEXIBILITY Designed with flexibility in mind - you can shift, change and re-arrange the interior to suit your specific branding, experience or vision. To maximise your time and event, the location is laid-out with open spaces along with areas of furnishings/plants/art/ornaments for a dynamic day or night - let us know what you would like to do! ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE Some events utilise a blank space to dress with their own decorations or production design; others make use of the existing interiors, as-is or with tweaks - almost anything is possible! We are always keen to discuss your needs and how we can maximise your objectives and make your booking unforgettable. We welcome your requests, suggestions and feedback. RATES Our rates vary depending on day and time - and your requirements. As this is a new listing to the platform, we are offering reduced hourly prices on Peerspace. These prices are for a limited time and will be updated periodically until we reach our necessary operating prices. If you book with these rates now, they will be set for your booking in the future. While we want to give you the best, we are a small business and even at our normal pricing (outside of our current Peersapace specials) we operate on tiny margins. Taxes, GST and Peerspace fees account for approximately 50% of what you actually pay. Rates per hour as at May 2023: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm: $85 Mon-Wed 6pm-10pm: $95 Mon-Wed 10pm-2am: $130 Thu 6pm-10pm: $130 Thur 10pm-2am: $150 Fri 6pm-10pm: $150 Fri 10pm-2am: $170 Sat 9am-6pm: $105 Sat 6pm-10pm: $150 Sat 10pm-2am: $170 Sun 10am-6pm: $125 Sun 6pm-10pm: $170 Sun 10pm-2am: $190 ATTENDEE PRICING (hourly): 1-9 people - 0$ 10-19 people - $10 20-29 people - $20 30-39 People - $30 40-50 people - $40 Cleaning fee: $100 *the number of people during your booked time slot will be counted. To avoid unexpected charges, ensure the number of people who will be on the premises is accurate at the time of booking. OTHER THINGS: A staff member will always be on hand to help you with anything you need during your booking. Rooftop access is off limits - we know this sucks! It is a matter of safety, to avoid structural damage and respect to the businesses below. We support and encourage your event to be catered for with plant-based/vegan food! We know this is not always possible but we do offer Add-ons which are prepared by either 2 of the best chefs Sydney (and Australia) has to offer.
